WHO ARE THESE PARTIES SUITABLE FOR?

We cater for boys and girls from 5yrs to 13yrs. Slumber parties, costume and disco parties can be held during the day or overnight
 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

As dates can book out quickly, I recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, but please contact me for availability on your preferred date.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED?

Each tepee set up requires minimum 2.2metres length & 1.2metres width.

For costume and disco deluxe parties a minimum space of 4m x 2m is required with access to power for the popcorn and karaoke machines.

CAN I HOLD MY TEEPEE PARTY OUTSIDE?

Your Teepee party can be held outside but as our teepees are not waterproof they can only be set up under an alfresco or verandah that is well sheltered from wind and rain.

There is an additional fee of ($20 per package) for mats to be placed underneath each teepee. Sprinklers, hoses and water must not be used near any of the teepee hire equipment.
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET AND PACK UP?

Please allow 60-90 minutes for set-up (depending on final numbers), for packing up please allow 30-45 minutes

DO I NEED TO WASH THE SHEETS BEFORE MY TEEPEES ARE COLLECTED?

No you don't. All sheets & blankets will be collected and washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent.

CAN PETS SLEEP IN OUR TENTS?

We all love our pets, but all animals must be kept away from the teepees due to some children having extreme allergic reactions to animal hair (which is not always easy to eliminate despite thorough washing)

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE OUTDOOR INFLATABLE CINEMA?

Its good to have a nice amount of space so it doesn't feel over cramped, the cinema you need a length of  5 meters and about 3 meters width just for the screen, again on grassed lawn as it must be pegged into earth. 

KEEPING OF GOODS FROM THE OUTDOOR CINEMA.

When I deliver your party hire we will setup the cinema screen in your desired location, the screen zips off and is required to stay off until close to when your guests are arriving, once the movie is over again the screen must be zipped off. If it rains, you must take the screen off as raindrops will affect the picture.

I will setup the projector but this must stay inside undercover until the movie is played, if it rains you are not allowed to take or play this setup outside under any conditions or you will be responsible for costs to fix or replace.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

I constantly check the weather radar before your party and if its raining the morning of your party we have a couple of options. If you give us enough notice of postponement, we will change the date of your event if bad weather threatens your plans. If in the event this isn't an option I unfortunately don't offer refunds due to bad weather but am happy to give you a full credit note or the full amount your party cost to be used at a later date, valid up to 12 months.

WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

Standard hire period is for one night. Given its just myself and I can sometimes have multiple bookings in one day times may be varied, but to give an indication times below 

Set up is 3pm. Pack up is the following day 10:00am I can try cater to your needs and are flexible for set-up times, please contact us prior to party when holding your date to avoid disappointment.

 

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

Payments can made by direct deposit, paypal or credit.

An upfront $50 deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure booking.

Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the party date. A $150 security bond is also payable at the time of setup. The security bond will be refunded upon inspection of equipment on collection.

If making payment by direct deposit please put your child's first and last name as a reference

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Should you need to cancel less than 7 days prior to your party, you will forfeit your deposit. You can however, re-schedule to another date to retain your deposit.
